Tama is an excellent host, and tremendously knowledgeable about their sake and food. We met him years ago in a visit to Islander for sake tasting and knew this was a must-do on our next trip here. While it isn’t cheap, it’s quite reasonable for Hawaii pricing.

An amazing experience. We celebrated our anniversary here. Food was outstanding and experience was so unique and special. Staff was exceptional! Highly recommend.
