Food is always fresh and delicious! They have an extensive amount of different sakes that will fit every palate. Service is quick and attentive and all of them is so friendly. Very intimate feel because there are only a few tables. Everyone leaves full and happy. That's what keeps us coming back.

Intimate setting with only eight seats, the chef makes the food right in front of you. And then he describes each course. It was really nice. Definitely recommend if you can get a reservation!

This speakeasy-style omakase has real character. The ambience is dark and atmospheric, and every detail feels like a reflection of the chef's own taste; it's authentic, not manufactured. The food matches the room. This is not your average sushi, in the best way. Each course was packed with flavor and texture, and the creativity showed throughout, including a smoking machine used to infuse some of the dishes with cherry blossom smoke. Personal highlights were the hotate, mackerel, uni bowl with quail egg, and warm sesame tamago. Hiro was a fantastic host. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu.
