The food can’t be beat. Server Michael is a steady, professional, pleasant guy — a very sharp and conscientious young man who does a terrific job always. Fernando always carries the ball well, always knows the ingredients of the item he’s serving, always upbeat. Carlos is very conscientious, responsive, and attentive. The team up front is friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. The bartenders are always knowledgeable and eager to please. The bathrooms are always clean and maintained. In short, China Chilcano offers great food (among the best in the DMV) and service; all the staff are responsive and professional.
