Love the new revolving sushi bar!! lots of selection and the main menu is very good too me and my kids ate to our hearts content from the revolving sushi bar and they took a few items home to go from the menu ☺️

Loved the service and ambiance! There was a wedding party. They had booked a wedding in the outside pavilion area so tables weren’t available, also therefore many of the drinks on the menu were unavailable. The servers offered us a coupon and comped our tab; they were so kind. What a lovely experience. Thank you.

I LOVE THE NEW LOCATION. Not sure why everyone beats up on the aesthetics. It's a lot cleaner and fresher than La Cantera. That place was always dirty, and mis managed. This new location people are always doing stuff. We had a great time with Brayden. He made our lunch. Thank You Brayden

What a wonderful dining experience! From the beautiful atmosphere to the delicious food and exceptional hospitality, our spontaneous dinner at P.F. Chang’s in New Braunfels turned into a truly memorable evening. Our server, Bryce, was outstanding. He is an ambitious college student who was personable, attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our experience. His service was excellent, and his work ethic was evident throughout our meal. We certainly hope his leadership team recognizes what an asset he is. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jerhald Harrington, the Operating Partner (I hope I have his name spelled correctly). His hospitality was exceptional. What especially impressed us was how actively engaged he was in the restaurant. He wasn’t simply overseeing things from a distance. He was moving, assisting, checking on guests, supporting his team, and seemingly working just as hard as, if not harder than, anyone in the room. That is leadership by example. The food was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the duck wings and Wagyu egg rolls, and the presentation was beautiful. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, inside and out, and created the perfect setting for our dinner date. Most importantly, the entire experience felt welcoming rather than transactional. Great hospitality is about more than serving a meal. It is about how people make you feel while you are there, and this team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Thank you, Bryce, Jerhald, and the entire team for turning an unplanned dinner stop into such an enjoyable experience. We left well fed, well cared for, and already looking forward to returning. 🌹
