We shared a variety of appetizers to start (2 of which were a daily special) and each was excellent. We each had an entree and every one of them were delicious. Our server was very personable, professional, and offered insightful feedback for both food and wine options. The only unfortunate item was that a couple of items on the menu were not available. That being said, it seems like it was perhaps a supply chain issue. I would like to see a more extensive wine list as I believe it would draw those with a more refined wine palate. We will, without hesitation, recommend Bar Vita to others and will return again. I should note that this was not our first time dining there - previous visits were just as impressive.
