Best Italian Restaurants in Makawao

Matteo’s was a fantastic experiemce. Michael was our server, turns out he also manages the restaurant. He was so personable, knew the menu inside and out and had great reccomendations. The service all around made for a great dining experience and the dinner and drinks were excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

Simply outstanding. We loved the beachfront location of this place in the Four Seasons Wailea resort. Everyone loved the luncheon entrees. Both the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and the Pollo Alla Parmigiana were amazing. The former was very flavorful and tasty. The latter with the spicy marinara sauce was excellent. Our server Liam provided friendly service throughout our meal. We would definitely return if in the area again. Highly Recommended.

Pasta’s are amazing, Crème Brûlée Outstanding. (Get the original) Service always on point.

Their menu has improved dramatically over the past few years. Their flatbread pizzas are phenomenal. No blended drinks/ cocktails here if you’re looking for those pairings. Otherwise, overall experience was amazing.

FANTASTIC FOOD! Service was ok, but the food far out weighed any poor service! Do yourself a favor and come here for dinner! Ribeye was cooked to perfection! Best meal of our trip!
