Best Italian Restaurants in Lanham

Food was great! One comment to the owner. Dessert: there was one particular dessert that apparently came with some cookies on the side, the person ordering just wanted the cookies, so she could share with the table; she asked the waitress and her answer was no, you can't just have the cookies. She didn't say, let me ask, we'll see what option we can offer. No alternatives.

Wonderful food and excellent service, as always!

David was a great server and treated us like royalty. We had a wonderful dinner.

We chose to head to Caruso’s Grocery to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! Our server Marcelle really made the evening feel special and celebratory! She also had great insights on the menu and helped us pick fantastic dishes. The appetizer meatballs were definitely a favorite at the table and the Spicy Neapolitan Ragu and Shrimp Carbonara will definitely keep us coming back! The complimentary prosecco and dessert was the cherry on top. Great atmosphere, great food and great drinks all around!

I took my girlfriend (now fiancée :) ) here after proposing and the service was absolutely amazing! I don’t think either of us have had such a welcoming experience at a restaurant! Very well done and great for celebrating life’s special moments :’)
