It was amazing! The food was phenomenal! Everyone there was welcoming. Our server especially!!! Elijah provided wonderful service! He made the experience extremely memorable for my wife and I! If you go please ask for Elijah and you’ll see what I mean!

Dined with my wife and 3 kids after trick or treating on Halloween. Everything was spectacular! Francesca’s never misses the mark with their exceptional staff and service. All of our food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The kids enjoyed their pasta and gelato so much they wanted to come back again the next day, 😁. We will be back again for sure in the near future!

First off, our server, Mo, was outstanding. She was very pleasant and efficient, our drinks were refilled before we had to ask. The pizza ( oh, that sweet sauce!) was excellent. I had to steal a couple pieces even though I ordered a dinner.Ive had it her before and no place makes chicken Marsala like Palermo’s! The chicken is fork tender and the sauce is amazing! I always order it with angel hair pasta. The portions are really good too, I had leftovers for lunch and still have plenty for tomorrow. We’ve been customers for years and we’ll keep coming back!

Lunch special is terrific! Lots of choices and very tasty. Michelle s a fantastic server. Efficient, personable, attentive. Kudos to her longtime assistant who has the exact same qualities. (Sorry, can’t remember her name.) The lasagna was wonderful
