⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, one of the best nights of my life! Gables Restaurant absolutely exceeded every expectation, and a huge part of that was down to Theo, the owner. What an absolute legend! His hospitality was second to none. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He sorted us out with a fantastic table, made everything happen effortlessly and genuinely made us feel like VIPs. The atmosphere was incredible, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience was something I'll never forget. It's rare to come across an owner who takes such genuine pride in making sure his guests have an unforgettable evening. Theo is one of a kind, a true gentleman who knows exactly how to look after people. Thank you, Theo, and the entire Gables team, for an absolutely unforgettable night. Excellent as always. Bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The quiz is great fun.

Nice experience and food. Some others in the restaurant complained for various reasons about their food however I had no issues with mine. If I’m being picky they could spread the tables out a bit. At first I understood why it was so compacted however we had breakfast in the morning and it was full so they opened another room. Maybe open that room too for the evening and it will make it a bit better. Overall though the food and service was good and would recommend.

Staff were very attentive and made this a great experience along with the lovely fresh food.
