    A fantastic lunch with superb food. An excellent Father’s Day menu was delightful and suited all 4 of us. The greeting and the service was excellent throughout as usual.one of our table had not visited before and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal whereas the other three of us who are regular visitors thought the food was up to and beyond the usual standard. The flavours were incredible with beautifully tender meat and exceptional quality of fish and sea food. We completely loved the meal and will be returning again very soon !!

    Our second time here and it did not disappoint. The services was spot on and the food divine. It’s not a huge menu but I like that. What they do, they do very well! Definitely be back whenever we are in Brighton.

    We had a fabulous night at Shampan. They have a lovely bar area for cocktails and the food is out of this world. Even rarer, they have a wonderful team of highly experienced and friendly staff (many of whom have been there for years) that adds to the high quality feel and they give amazing personal service. This included overhearing that it was a birthday and providing a small cake with a blazing candle without prompting. Great place, great food, great people.
