Very Disappointing Customer Service – Our Third Visit
Yesterday, we went to this restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday. This was our third time visiting, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
The first time we visited, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed the service. However, during our second visit, we had a very rude waiter with a terrible attitude. He was slamming dishes on the table, making faces, and clicking his tongue in frustration. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and we left with a very bad impression.
Unfortunately, because my son likes this restaurant, we decided to give it one more chance. Sadly, we were assigned the same waiter again.
This waiter does not introduce himself, and his attitude is horrible from the moment you arrive. He threw the menus on our table, asked what we wanted to drink, and when he brought our drinks, he pushed my husband aside to put down a glass instead of politely asking him to move.
When we tried to ask questions or speak while ordering, he would shush us and point his finger at us, as if we were bothering him. If we tried to ask him something while he was taking an order, he would rudely point his finger at us again. When he brought our food, he practically threw the plates onto the table.
To make matters worse, when it was time to pay, we used gift cards purchased at Costco. When he noticed we were paying with gift cards, he shook his head in an extremely annoyed manner, turned around, and walked away. His reaction was completely unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable.
No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy a meal and celebrate a special occasion with their family.
We gave this restaurant multiple chances because we genuinely liked it, and my son enjoys coming here. However, having the same unpleasant experience with the same waiter twice is unacceptable. His behavior was rude, disrespectful….
