Eating at Samdan is always a great experience but on weekends, they have specials in addition to their regular menu choices. The Mushroom trio appetizer was delicious as was the Adana special. The service, as always, was warm, friendly and attentive.

Recent re-decorating very exquisite. Soft textiles and strategicly placed acoustical tiles really help decrease interior noise. Limited yet authentic menu selections, consistent and delicious. Branzino cooked to perfection. Very experienced and attentive staff, and crisply dressed owner greets guests warmly.

Normally, when a server says, “Everything is excellent,” I have my doubts and usually find something that disproves that statement. However, this time the server was absolutely correct! Everything that we ordered was great! I absolutely recommend Aegean- we will definitely be back.

Great place with very nice servers . It was crowded before a Bergen PAC concert and they didn’t really have enough help but the servers and all were hustling to get everyone all they needed. Portions were generous and food was tasty. Shrimp & Grill dish was good overall but shrimp were a bit too salty. Eating them with the mashed potatoes made then better!! I would go again!!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The food was honestly some of the best I have ever tasted in my life. We had lunch on a Sunday at Meltemi. Our waiter was incredibly attentive. We took his recommendations and were not disappointed. Everything was incredibly fresh. We had branzino and halibut, grape leaves and calamari, hummus with wonderful pita bread. We will definitely be back!!

This restaurant is truly outstanding. We were very pleased with the ambiance and service, but it was the superb food that made the experience so enjoyable. Every dish was a wonderful blend of flavors and textures. We live out of town and don't get to the Upper West Side often, but when we do we will return here.
