Best Gastro Pubs in Raynham

I’d been to GP a couple times prior, and the food was okay, but this new menu (new chef?), and new menu has me singing a much different tune than previous visits. The liquor libations are excellent, and the server very knowable of pairings, I was caught off guard at how the new menu/chef has turned the place from mid level mediocre, to “wow, I’ve got to come back and try this again!”

Food and service are always excellent. I took my mom out, needed some normalcy after losing my dad recently. This is where we hosted my dad's 70th birthday surprise party, where most of my family attended, so it was a fond memory. Also, If you're a sports fan, not myself, but if you are, this is a great spot, games on every monitor. Cask and Pig has the best BBQ in the area, full stop. Sticky ribs are my favorite and their Portuguese BBQ fusion is executed remarkably well. Go check it out and bring an appetite, servings are generous.

I've eaten at Soco Tavern several times now and I have never once had a bad meal or bad service. That's rare. Every visit the food has come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the staff has been friendly, attentive, and quick without ever rushing us. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the kind of place that works for a casual dinner, a night out with friends, or a quick bite at the bar. The menu has plenty of variety, and everything I've tried has been consistently good, which says a lot about the kitchen. Hands down the best place in the Fairhaven area. I'll absolutely be going back again and again, and I recommend it to anyone who asks where to eat around here.

Our waitress Patty S. was excellent! Food was wonderful. Great place to go for dinner with family and friends. We will be back.

Good food at a convenient location. Pet friendly front porch was a bonus.
