The setting has that sudden contrast of the chaos of a popular bar, and the quality fine dining experience. Our waitress was outstanding, knowing when to break up a conversation to progress orders (a rare skill in London) and the steak was next level - beyond anything I've tried before in the city. They've worked hard to get The Parakeet to where it now sits — on top of the mountain of fine dining in London.
