Best Fusion Restaurants in Langley, Seattle / Eastern Washington

Was there on Monday so had the dollar dumplings …great value. The drinks food was exceptional as always. I brought some friends from Seattle who this was there first time and they are foodies like me and they loved it.

Our first visit varied menu including small meals, sides, fun beverage list, and desserts that are definitely "asian fusion" and inviting! We enjoyed Crispy duck, Bao, shrimp fingers, popcorn chicken, mushrooms, and a side of garlic broccoli, wrapping up with a yummy matcha tiramisu! Everything was very good, well seasoned and prepared and fresh! We cleaned the plates. Service was well informed and attentive. The space is bright without crowding, so, easy to visit while enjoying this fun meal. We will be back!! to try some of the other interesting menu offerings!! A excellent first visit and a welcome addition to cuisine offerings in Bothell!!

My dinner at re:public was simply wonderful. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arriving; my server, Becky, was friendly, helpful, and efficient in the midst of a hectic Friday evening. The food courses and the “house bubbles” were delicious and served up in a timely manner; Becky even had the server’s “second sense” that I needed to get to the Emerald City Music concert (next door) in time for the pre-concert chat with the musicians. All in all the perfect start to my evening out.

We surprised them by adding a third person to our dinner and they handled it very gracefully. We had a nice booth. The waiter was very attentive and the food is always good. And it does have a nice open atmosphere.
