Best French Restaurants in Bankside

This is a great restaurant that has only 13 tables and they recently have won many awards for Dishes but also outstanding service . We ordered the Rabbit and the Bev steak which was phenomenal and you can’t go wrong with the caramel dessert. It was like a flan, but it was delicious. Our server was incredibly engaging , knowledgeable about the menu ,kind and added to the experience. 

Fab time at Camille - the food is superlative brimming with flavour and the specials never cease to surprise. Friendly service , good vibe what’s not to like - just be careful on choosing the wine, lots on offer but given some of the unusual varieties and producers can be risky …… but the dishes and the high level of cooking remain impressive

A wonderful evening at Lady of the Grapes London Bridge. The food was excellent, and the lamb was the standout. One person in our group had avoided lamb her whole life, and this was the first time she genuinely enjoyed it. The wine list is a joy, and the mission behind it matters. I worked in wine and have seen how much extra resilience women in this industry need, and it’s great to see a list built around them. Our affordable Chinon from Clos de la Niverdière punched well above its weight. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. The space is beautiful: a fresh renovation that respects the building’s 19th-century bones while giving it new, modern life. Only London does this so well!!! The walls feature work by women artists, which you can discover and even buy.

Really friendly staff, and nice selection of French inspired small plates and charcuterie. Very good for laid back casual business or leisure meal.

Loved this wine bar! 🍷 Excellent wine selection and a wonderfully intimate, cosy atmosphere. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were lucky enough to enjoy a live jazz performance, which made the experience even more special. Lovely service too. A little gem in London Bridge that I’d happily visit again!
