Best French Restaurants in Bloomingdale / Brookland

Celebrated our anniversary here recently and had a fantastic experience. The setting is art deco brasserie spectacular, our server Jordan led a service team that provided an impeccable dining experience, and the food and libations were absolutely on point throughout. One of those rare places that can juggle casual dining alongside special occasions with aplomb and make it seem effortless.

Chez Billy Sud is a gem in the DC restaurant world. Delicious food and lots of charm and ambience.

Spending Halloween at the bar at Bresca was a perfect call. The cocktails were the highlight of the night. The bartenders clearly love their craft, and the service was warm and well-paced. If you care about cocktails as much as food, Bresca's bar is a must. Highly recommended, five stars

Wonderful service from start to finish. And the food was terrific as always. My new go-to is the hanger steak--absolutely delicious.

Great ambience indoor and outdoor options are available. Tables are spaced out well enough so each party can talk without disturbing other guests. The service was excellent- very attentive and welcoming of different visible backgrounds. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. Overall, I enjoyed the dining experience and will happily return.
