First time and I was really pleased with our meal and the ambience. The expensive cocktails were lovely. Highly recommend the honey crisp sour. We had the French dip and the short rib sandwich sandwiches and they were delicious. The ciabatta rolls were just perfect for the sandwiches. The Shishido peppers, mushrooms, and cheese on the short rib sandwich were delicious. All of the wait staff were so friendly and responsive. Have to say the absolute best french fries I have ever had in my life - anywhere! Will come back.

Madame in Jersey City is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the restaurant boasts incredible, chic vibes that make any evening feel like a special occasion. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and effortlessly cool without ever feeling stuffy. When it comes to the food, the starters are non-negotiable. Do not skip the escargot—it is served in a rich, bubbling garlic butter that you will want to soak up with every last piece of bread. The roasted bone marrow is another complete showstopper: unctuous, deeply savory, and meltingly tender. Between the stunning ambiance, attentive service, and phenomenal menu, Madame is easily one of the best dining spots in the area.
