Best French American Restaurants in Crawfordsville

We were thrilled to find this little Bistro. We came for lunch. The food exceeded our expectations by a considerable measure. We both had the mix salad and one could actually make a meal out of the salad alone. Very fresh greens and a lovely light dressing. My husband had the beef bourguignon and he declared it delicious, if slightly light on beef. I had the Croque Monsieur and we both thought it was outstanding. 10/10. The french fries that were served with it were also fantastic - deeply crunchy and clearly freshly made. Nice ambiance and good service. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful restaurant with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. The cuisine was prepared to perfection and the champagne was fabulous as well. We dined in the crisp autumn air and enjoyed the outdoor patio and it was heated and a blanket provided at each table. We did not feel cold. We didn’t feel rushed as we sat and enjoyed our visit after the meal. Highly recommend!

The food ws wonderful. Subtle and delicious. The ratatouille was amazing, so rich and flavored. Friend had the wild boar which he loved, another the wild salmon which was so much better than farmed. The house made ice cream and gelato were first rate, a rich treat, We are Indy for a short trip and would make this a regular place if we could.
