In fact, coming to Ballarat without visiting this place should almost be considered a waste of time! The Chateaubriand was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, beautifully prepared, and worthy of every bit of praise. The sides were equally delightful: the creamy mashed potato and roasted carrots didn’t simply accompany the main dish; they honoured it, complementing every bite and making the entire experience even more special. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was the people behind the experience. Belle provided absolutely amazing service, bringing such passion, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to the table. You could feel how much she cared about making our dinner special. And then there’s Sam, the chef, whose professionalism, dedication, and commitment to his craft were reflected in every detail of the meal.
