We had a wonderful dinner at Nirvana last night... the food was excellent, and Chef Lindsay’s personal attention made the evening even better. We ordered the halibut and a special scallop dish prepared risotto-style. They had run out of Arborio rice, but Lindsay got creative with an alternative that wasn’t on the menu... and it turned out to be a highlight of the evening! What really stood out was how attentive and welcoming Chef Lindsay was. She took the time to make sure we were enjoying our meal and made us feel truly taken care of. Great food and that kind of personal touch make a restaurant worth coming back to. Thank you, Lindsay... we’ll be back!
