Wow, this was our first time at Hawksmoor in Edinburgh and it was amazing. It was my wife's 50th birthday celebration and Hawksmoor staff made her feel special. Both food and service was exceptional. Thank you Hawksmoor.

We regularly come to McLarens as a couple. We booked a Bar Booth for 2 and were told that we were being seated in their upstairs restaurant to which we had never been. It was lovely! Not too busy and really nice atmosphere. Service was great and fish and chips were perfect. I will ask for upstairs again, its a great addition to the property. And it would be very suitable for a special occasion like a family Birthday meal etc

A gorgeous little bistro that I’ve dined in twice the past few weeks as I've moved locally. Great menu with plenty of choice for small plates or mains. A nice cocktail menu that I intend to sample and a lovely atmosphere with candles and nooks. Waiting staff were delightful and couldn't be nicer. Looking forward to the next visit!

The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The only thing was whenever anyone came in there was a very cold draft from the door. The staff did do their best to ensure it didn’t stay open longer than necessary. The tables were quite small but we did manage to get everything on there and the staff were quick to clear away anything we had finished with.
