- TToddCentral Texas •4 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 29, 2026My hubby and I celebrated my birthday recently at The Stella Hotel and had a delicious dinner at Campfire. Service was amazing, waiter brought us a charcuterie board when we sat down and wished me a happy birthday. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name (future medical student from DFW area). He was pleasant and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working at Campfire. Refreshing!! It was a really great meal (Red fish and dirty rice--yum!) and a very enjoyable evening. The next day we had a quick lunch before heading out and thoroughly enjoyed the Beef Dip Sandwich and Parmesan and herb fries. This celebration was our first experience here and we will definitely be returning soon to Campfire and to The Stella Hotel!!More infoCampfire at The Stella$$$$• Contemporary American• Bryan•4.7
