Best Dessert Restaurants in Melissa

We came across this place our 1st day in Dallas, we loved it so much we went back the next 2 days! The warm cinnamon roll is amazing! Must order! I tried the raspberry chipotle chicken and the Sonoma chicken sandwich, but great! The raspberry was my fave. My boyfriend tried Leo’s fav scramble, chicken fried steak and eggs, and mushroom tacos. They were all great! His fave was the chicken fried steak and eggs. Our server was Carla 2 of the days we were there, she was great!

It's been several years since we've dined at Jeng Chi, and I'm happy to say the food was just as delicious as we remembered! Our server, Keith, was wonderful! Great personality, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable throughout our evening. We had a party of six, so naturally, we ordered a little bit of everything! Beef dumplings, chicken & zucchini dumplings, combo fried rice, cashew chicken, hot & sour soup, egg drop soup, beef fried noodles, and spicy chicken with vegetables. Everything was delicious, everyone enjoyed the variety, and we even had leftovers to take home! The bar was another highlight! We tried the Lychee Martini, and Anna recommended the ChaiTini Martini. Both were excellent! Great recommendations and wonderful service all around. I remember Jeng Chi having a slightly more elevated feel, where guests seemed to dress up a bit more for an evening out. This visit felt much more casual than I remembered, with some guests in hoodies and athletic wear. While I completely understand that dining styles have changed, I personally miss when the ambiance and attire felt a little more special, especially for a Saturday evening. That said, the quality of the food and the wonderful service have certainly stood the test of time! Jeng Chi continues to deliver where it matters most, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent food, wonderful service, and definitely worth a visit!

Our server Isaiah was very good. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 children and everyone was happy with the buffet options. Wasn't my first visit and won't be the last.
