Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Niwot

A wonderful lunch that set the tone for our whole birthday weekend in Denver. The staff particularly impressed me — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food quality was outstanding, and the kitchen honored my gluten-free and dairy-free allergies seamlessly. My salad was fresh and bright, and they even deconstructed the pork into a plate made just for my allergies — delicious, and I never felt like I was missing out. My husband absolutely loved his lamb pasta. The location right by Union Station is lovely, too — such a beautiful spot. We would return in a heartbeat. Finest, high end cuisine in Denver. Three of us enjoyed the four course dinner with a Comte Armand Volney French Burgundy. Branzino, veal cheeks, and pork were the main dishes. But the opening salads and appetizers were the stars. Seasonal and exquisitely prepared. Reminded me of a few Parisian restaurants. Service was outstanding. Probably the best dining I have experienced in Denver, ever!

The food was excellent! The service was a little backed up but server was helpful and made great recommendations. I was the only person to have visited before and my 4 guests were really impressed and were making plans to return while we were still there.

Amazing food and a great value! You order at the counter, but they bring your food right to your table. My only complaint is the uncomfortable booths-the straight backs push you forward. Otherwise, a great place!
