    This was one of my best dining experiences EVER! The food and beverages were incredibly good and unique. The service was helpful, attentive, responsive, and proactive.     Had a wonderful time with my parents at the Charles! Every staff member took care of us. The customer service was top notch! The manager came over and said hello and poured us bubbles for my birthday. Truly felt taken care of. The food was coursed perfectly & so many amazing dishes. Can’t wait to go back!
