Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Hawaii Kai

Everything was really great! Our server was amazing, we tried the cocktail she helped create (the Garden Party), & it sounded like such a weird concept, but it was one of the most amazing cocktails I’ve ever had. The lobster rigatoni special was delicious, along with the seafood paella, the crostini’s, & the tacos!! The service was outstanding. I love that it’s such a team effort there and that everyone pays attention to the details of every table and is attentive to all. Even from noticing that I’m browsing the wine list, so the sommelier came over on their own to say hello & ask if I had any questions, or wanted any recommendations. Everyone was helping clear tables, so we didn’t have to sit with dirty plates. It was refreshing to see everyone helping each other, and it wasn’t an “every man for themselves” type of atmosphere with their tables. The ONLY thing I’d say we didn’t like, was the yellowtail insalata that we heard was fairly newer on the menu. The fish did not taste fresh & it had a semi-fishy taste…so we weren’t a fan of that one. BUT…everything else was absolutely amazing, and we will definitely be back! I can not say enough about the flavors and taste of every single bite. 😋 We had the lobster bisque of course, cesar salads, lasagna, lamb chops, bolognese tagliatelle, ummm the mushroom dish and shrimp tagliatelle dishes. Everyone LOVED every bite. The only bad part was no Randy as our server Ashley was ok, but Randy is our favorite. I didn't realize that my previous review didnt post until recently but know that was from June. We raved about you guys so much to family we had to bring them to try and see for themselves. We'll be back!

Always enjoy returning here, friendly staff with quick service and recommendations. Enjoyed the spaghetti vongole and the meat lovers pizza.

Everything from my reservation, to my special requests was flawless and exceptional. Server High praise to Chris (pardon me if I misspelled his name) who was spot on, knowledgeable, accessible & accommodating without seeming to be pushy or aggressive. Would love to have him as a server again.
