Absolutely love Oxymoron. I visit Berlin once a year and make it a point to each at Oxymoron. It's conveniently located at Hackescher Market. The food is uniformly excellent and the service is friendly and efficient. Their soups are always delicious and flavorful. Portions are right-sized. Dishes are attractively presented. Martinis are small by NY standards and served in a metal goblet, not a martini glass and beware the pits in the Queen olives. You can dine inside or outside in an attractive courtyard. It is generally crowded at dinner time, so reservations are best. After dinner, I suggest you try the handmade ice cream sold at a small shop in the courtyard.
