I needed to find a restaurant for my parents to go to before a concert in the west end and came across this wonderful restaurant online. It was a special occasion for my father’s birthday and needed to set things up so I could pay for it and they could just enjoy the experience. Rachel was excellent in making the back office arrangements and the service staff on the evening attended to their every need! Unfortunately they didn’t have time for the tasting menu but had the à la carte set menu instead. The food was described my parents as “out of this world” and the whole experience was perfection and for the quality of ingredients and skill of the chefs the pricing is very reasonable. Can’t wait to go myself when I am next over.

Our host was amazing. Explained the concept and the history behind the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and beautifully presented. After our meal host took us to basement to show us the science and process behind the excellent menu. Had a lovely lunch. We went all vegetarian (none of us in party are vegetarian) and your definitely did not need any meat. Highly recommend.
