Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Fort Walton Beach

Paradis is an amazing dining experience. Go early and start at the bar. The drinks were fantastic and the bartenders as good as the drinks. Dinner was superb. I had the Rack of Elk which was prepared perfectly. Paradis will be in our frequent rotations of places to eat along 30A.

Food was delicious and our server, Hunter was great. Coursing out our meal, providing great suggestions and was attentive without hovering.

It’s a very good restaurant option to have on location. It’s our “go-to” every time we arrive at this hotel. Great environment and good food.

Our server, Joel, was outstanding. He was honest and steered us the right direction in what to order. My filet melted in my mouth and the Brussels sprouts were out of this world. My husband loved his ribeye and potato skillet. It was so sweet that they gave us a delicious dessert to end our incredible anniversary dinner. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a fantastic waiter named Mike Feather and it was an incredible experience. We’ve been to Bijoux many times before and the service and food are always excellent. We started with the fried oyster salad and the special soup of the day, seafood gumbo. The gumbo was delicious with a dark roux and the oysters were fried perfectly. We had the shrimp and grits & the pompano fish special, both of which we loved. We ended the meal with a seasonal white chocolate pumpkin cheesecake that knocked our socks off topped with brickle pumpkin seeds. Bijoux is a must in Destin!
