We had bottomless brunch, it was excellent as usual, one of the best places for cocktails in Norwich. There was a minor problem when we arrived as the cocktail maker had not (we were a couple of minutes early) but the manager made sure we had some prosecco to get us going and then got the barman to make us a drink as soon as he arrived, even before he put his motorcycle clothes away! THAT'S service!

Great steak Diane could not fault the food, wasn’t overly keen on the seating area as a couple sitting outside what felt like a corridor to a room but overall was a great atmosphere very friendly staff that where very attentive, the Singer they had in was amazing shame we had to leave so early ! Looking forward to returning

Overall the bottomless brunch was pretty good I liked that there is a separate area so you can hear each other speak and enjoy the music at the same time. The service was great kept asking us for drinks so go our moneys worth and they were brilliant staff. The food was good only thing I would say is the pancakes needs a lot more syrup as they were a bit dry but would go back again.

The Last is a wine bar and restaurant on St Georges Street, Norwich. Our kitchen holds two AA Rosettes. The building was once the largest women’s shoe factory in Britain — for decades, craftsmen shaped wooden lasts here, the forms around which every shoe was built. Precise, purposeful objects. We have tried to honour that in everything we do.The Last has been part of Norwich’s dining and drinking scene for over thirty years. It is now in the hands of Sebastian Taylor, who has returned home to Norwich after a career that culminated in a decade at The Ritz in London. Family owned, independently run, and genuinely invested in this city. The building has its own story. In 1909 it was described in the press as the largest boot and shoe factory under one roof in the kingdom. A last is the mould from which shoes and boots are formed — from the old English word laest, meaning footprint. It felt like the right name for a place that intends to leave one.
