This mother–daughter run dim sum cocktail bar is based in the heart of Mare Street. The authentic flavours are down to generations-old family recipes that head chef, Lily, grew up making and eating in Beijing. Guests can enjoy handcrafted dim sum and small plates, such as dumplings, smashed cucumber salad, Sichuan bang bang chicken, and xiao mantou (steamed then fried buns dipped in sweet condensed milk). Traditional food is paired with Chinese-inspired cocktails and draft beer (Including Guinness!).     Had a great time! The person who hosted us was very kind and gave us great recommendations. We also received a small gift at the end of the meal, which was a lovely touch. We tried a lot of dishes, and they were all delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and overall, the place had a great vibe. I would definitely come back!

    We had a lovely lunch yum cha experience at Canary House. Very cozy place, good vibe for gatherings with family and friends. Food quality was outstanding and service was excellent. Sure we’ll recommend to someone they love Chinese foods.
