I had been to this place in the past when Roger was head chef and it was great then, so I was looking forward to it now that he has taken over. The night we went the Jazz Quartet was playing a range of standards and were really professional and high quality. The food was a revelation - 5 course fish menu at a set price and a range of delicious desserts. Each course was a delight, really fresh produce and beautifully prepared and cooked. The service was friendly and professional and the overall ambience was great. For a meal of this quality and quantity £40 pp was fantastic value.
