It definitely lived up to our expectations. We started with the ceviche and grilled octopus. The ceviche was very fresh with plenty of fish, and the octopus was especially delicious—tender, well grilled and full of flavor. For dinner, I had the whole fried branzino, which was beautifully filleted and lightly dusted before frying. My husband had the Jerk Chicken Penne, and we both loved our dishes. The chef’s use of spices was the highlight—interesting, flavorful and a little different from typical restaurant fare. I personally would have enjoyed a bit more heat, but that’s just a matter of taste. The seasoning and flavor combinations were excellent. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, with a colorful mural by local artists and live music that complemented the restaurant nicely. Food came out in a decent amount of time. Ordered dragon fruit drink. Which was nice but alittle too much dragon fruit and less juice, was chewing a lot more than I was able to drink. Parking was convenient and free. Security greet us at the door. No line or wait to get in. We found a decent section with couches that was well enough to fit 8 of us. Table was just a tad bit small to fit all of our food comfortably. But we had a great time and would definitely come back.
