Booked @ 2hrs before b.fast/brunch on rainy Tuesday. Was relatively busy so booking ahead recommended. Smallish space but table numbers/ set up allow reasonable separation. Good service and friendly though non intrusive staffing. Good range on menu. Eg Eggs cooked well and v. good coffee. Recommended.

Don't Tell Mama Brunch Bar, nestled on Home Street in Edinburgh's vibrant Tollcross neighbourhood, offers a truly welcoming and lively dining experience. The concept is deeply rooted in a heartwarming childhood story from Greece, celebrating the generous spirit and cherished recipes of a caring mother. This ethos of authentic Greek hospitality, or "philoxenia," ensures every guest feels right at home. Visitors can indulge in a delightful all-day brunch within a cosy, relaxed setting, where the friendly and attentive team goes above and beyond to accommodate various dietary needs. It's a beloved spot where delicious offerings, a vibrant atmosphere, and the warmth of "mama's recipes" combine for an unforgettable meal.
