The toast de jocoque con huevo was fantastic—the salad alone is worth the order. Made with a green I’ve never had in the US and it was delicious. And the fruit salad is far more delicious than you might expect, with a light and lovely sauce that includes very light lemon zest and mint and other stuff I couldn’t not identify.
