Chicken bites were gluten free which was a fantastic surprise. Crispy and salty and lightly breaded with hot honey sauce. Crudités and dip accommodated for dairy allergy as well. Very accommodating service.

We stayed at the hotel and ate at the fortunate fox several times throughout the week. The team of servers was accommodating and attentive. We conducted a lunch meeting and they totally set us up with everything we needed, while never making us feel like we were overstaying our welcome! Food was fantastic, atmosphere was perfect for daytime and very lively at night.

Take your tastebuds on a wild hunt. Nearly everything on our menu is made from scratch. Our starters, entrees and desserts begin as fresh ingredients in our kitchen before becoming succulent or sweet second helpings. Drinks as wild as those who drink them: From imaginative tipples, like our Earl Grey Sour, to sub-zero draught to worldly whiskies, our mixologists can satisfy any mood.

We often dine at the Duke of York before attending concerts at the Koerner Hall. Staff are very friendly and hospitable ; they always do their best to accommodate our requests. That, plus the tasty food they have attracts us to this restaurant/alehouse. On this occasion, I had the chicken breast with Brie, on a baguette; very well prepared, and very tasty. My wife had her usual Cob salad, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The place gets packed because this is a gem in the neighbourhood.
