    Everything was excellent; quality of food, service and the menu! My husband had crab starter which was a bit light on crab but the other salad things were in abundance, we both had seabass which was very good and I concluded the meal with sundae. Very good!

    Fantastic restaurant. Visited with my wife for the first time we were both very impressed. Welcome and service were exemplary, the building is beautiful and created a perfect ambience. The food was delicious - perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. I'd highly recommend the trout starter if I had to pick one dish.

    We had dinner at The Whittling House on Saturday night. The service was impeccable and the food exquisite. We enjoyed it so much that we booked for Sunday lunch today. If anything, it was even better than our dinner last night. A truly top class operation with professional yet friendly staff and a chef who knows how to showcase ingredients to best effect.

    We had an amazing time with our friends,the staff was very friendly,food was amazing!! The portions are huge and we didn’t expect it because as we know it’s quite expensive everywhere but this place left us amazed. The prices were sooo good for what you get. Oh and the social bird lager was so refreshing and very tasty. We are impressed and we will definitely go again!!!
