I visited Lola's Bistro from out of town, navigating severe food allergies (wheat, dairy, and mammal allergies), which usually makes dining out incredibly stressful. The chef went completely above and beyond, personally customizing a delicious, beautiful meal that was 100% safe. The servers and management were exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I didn't even have allergies.
