I emailed ahead and honestly, the communication from the team was fantastic they reserved the perfect seats for us to enjoy the band, which was such a thoughtful touch. When it came to the food, there was loads to choose from, but I went straight for the brisket. And wow. I’ve had brisket from a few places before, but this was the first time it wasn’t dry just tender, flavourful, and properly done. I was eyeing up the ribs too… maybe next time.
