They’re still making that claim, and the queue for their famous meat tray platters!Our pit runs low and slow for hours. Brisket gets a thick peppery bark and stays juicy enough to pull apart with a fork. Ribs come off the bone clean. Burnt ends are sticky, smoky and gone in minutes.
