The afternoon tea was lovely. A very wide selection, options include vegan, gluten free and child size portions. Gluten free bread and scones were made whilst we waited. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. We were served by Matthew, who was the perfect host. A most enjoyable afternoon.

I visited Bill’s for my birthday and had such a wonderful experience, thanks to NICOLA. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely welcoming it really set the tone for the whole day. She took such great care of us throughout, from helping with drinks to making sure our food was perfect. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was how she went the extra mile to make my birthday feel special, even bringing out the cake and creating such a lovely moment for me and my family. You can tell Nicola truly cares about giving people a great experience, and it made all the difference. We’re so grateful and hope she knows how amazing she really is!!!
