Scallop starter was excellent. Had braised beef cheeks with garluc roasted mash, greens in jus. Melted in the mouth, rich in flavours. Thoroughly recommended. On the other of the tables was porterhouse steak with caesar salad wedge. The steak was excellently cooked to taste and of excellent quality. Washed it down with a lovely French rose. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the meals flowed promptly. Lovely atmosphere sitting at the street tables.

It was our second visit to this gem of a restaurant in Port Douglas. We loved the character and ambience of the restaurant. The service was brilliant so friendly and engaging,nothing was too much trouble for our fabulous waitress Keylia .The chef was happy to adapt dishes to my quirky taste buds. Keylia really made our evening by taking such good care of us and making us feel so special. Thank you 😊

I wanted a special lunch as I hadn't seen my girlfriend for 8 years. The Tree House Restaurant at Silky Oaks Lodge was the best choice of venue. The setting is unique and stunningly beautiful; the food was magnificent and served at perfect intervals by friendly, attentive staff. We had the most lovely afternoon.
