My favourites were definitely the Sheng Jian Bao (pan-fried pork buns) and pork potstickers. Both were perfectly cooked, with crispy golden bottoms and juicy, flavourful fillings. Every bite was so satisfying! The Shanghai-style smoked fish was another highlight. It had the perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours, with a beautifully crispy outside and tender fish inside. The texture was just right! Overall, great food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.
