We celebrated Mother’s Day with a wonderful lunch at La Cabrera, a fantastic Argentinian steakhouse in Mexico City's trendy Roma neighborhood. We ordered the vacío cut, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a flawless medium. The tomato and palm heart salad was incredibly fresh, and their hamburger is also a must-try. To match the excellent food, the service was truly impeccable; Chef Marcelino Castro even stopped by our table to greet us and ensure we were having a great time. We are definitely coming back!

I had dinner there on a Sunday all by myself in the restaurant the way it was perfect. The service is top-notch. I had a Barata salad. I had delicious bread with three different sauces and then I had a great chicken breast smash with a sweet potato purée for dessert I had pistachio ice cream
