Service was great, was constantly topped up on drinks, waitress’ polite, banterous and professional. Even put the Sheff united game on for us! (Wish they didn’t in the end we lost 2-1) ambience was good, lots of people enjoying themself in a cracking bar. Pints were good, food was great.

We were a table of 5, 2 of us had small adult sunday lunches, 1 had adult Sunday lunch, 1 had a filled Yorkshire pudding and 1 fish and chips. All the meals were beautiful, very nice. We will be returning

The restaurant was excellent, slightly disappointing that they had no record of our reservation through Open Table, luckily they still managed to seat us. The food was outstanding Staff attentive but not pushy. Excellent experience.

One of the best bars we went to during our trip to York. We had pizzas and they were delicious. They have 2-4-1 cocktails that are yummy and lots of beer selections. The atmosphere was great and the staff were amazing, it was very busy when we went but that didn’t seem to phase the staff. We will be visiting again!
