My wife and I were celebrating a significant wedding anniversary and from the moment that we arrived to when we left we received the most attentive, kind service ever. My res did indicate an anniversary celebration but not how many. We had a card on the table with nice words and our server was very kind and attentive her name is Vanessa. The Manager on duty must have past the word because a couple of other people that also attended to us had kind words. I did tell the Manager how pleased and grateful we were and that they had made our day. We were given a delectable cheesecake dessert with good wishes written on the plate. This all was the Best, kudos to the staff….change nothing you get 10/10 A big thanks to all. Jack Miles

Our waiter was right on time. He was attentive and provided us with our every need. My guests were all very pleased with their meals. Birdies is the best of all the chain type restaurants attached to the "Earls Group".

Every aspect of our experience at Pepino’s was outstanding. From the ABBA playing in the background to the incredible service, everything felt so thoughtfully done. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make him feel special. The interior design, atmosphere, and of course the food were all memorable. I ordered the Martini del Fico, which might just be the best martini in Vancouver. The whole place has a little bit of that 1970s New York Italian restaurant, old-school mobster charm, in the best possible way. A truly fantastic evening. Can't wait to go back!

Tried some of the new menu items. The new Chicken Risotto and Salmon Pasta are amazing! Perfect for the fall!
