    I had a wonderful experience for High Tea at Peacock Ally located in The Willard Hotel! My daughter loved afternoon Tea and she would have loved this experience! The Atmosphere was amazing including the Harp Player! The Service was exceptional and I enjoyed the finger sandwiches! Highly recommend!

    A nice traditional afternoon tea experience. The setting in the beautiful historic lobby of the upscale hotel is grand, and the table by the window was cozy. Because it is a working hotel though, it was bustling and at times noisier than was comfortable for conversation. The savories were delicious, as were the sweets (the chocolate!) - the scones were just ok (perhaps a little underdone). The service was excellent - attentive but not intrusive.

    Loved the peach rooibos tea recommended by our friendly, knowledgeable server. My guest totally enjoyed the beet waffles with seasonal fruit. My turkey-Brie sandwich with cranberry spread and avocado was incredibly delicious and satisfying. It was a great lunch. We’ll be back.
