Absolutely amazing experience. Phenomenal service from the whole team. The crystal moon lounge is beautiful, huge variety of tea and delicious sandwiches and desserts. We weren’t rushed at all and felt extremely relaxed.

We arrived and was taken to our table up the stairs in restaurant where you could have been anywhere. Very plain and no decorations. Considering I booked this the minute Halloween afternoon was available and requested to be in the area of the decorations ( this is why you go there ) I know this is only a request but I did ask to be moved to be greeted with a not so friendly waitress who seemed annoyed I had asked to be moved. She came back and says we would have to wait an hour. We agreed then she went off not very happily and begrudgingly moved us to a table that was free in the area we had requested. The waiter who served us at our table was lovely and could not do enough for us and even took drinks off the bill ( 2 soft drinks ) as we waited so long for them. We did not ask him to do that. Overall a beautiful venue and food.

This was a gift for my friend for Christmas. We have in the past been to many memorable venues for afternoon tea, and Drury Lane was perfect! The food and attention to detail was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

This was our very first visit to the Savoy hotel, we celebrated our wedding anniversary on the 19th of June. From greeting us at the door, reception staff, dining staff were all welcoming and made our day Special. The dining staff congratulated us for our wedding anniversary and made my husband & I feel special and welcomed. The afternoon tea was perfect, delicious & beautifully presented. We had champange which made the afternoon tea devine. A big thank you to all the staff at the Gallery & Savoy hotel.

We absolutely loved this experience, went as three generations and all loved it, the food was quirky and plentiful, the staff were lovely and attentive, my 11 year old was wowed by the mocktails, hot chocolate trolley and all the other little novelties. The atmosphere was lovely, you could hear excitement when things came to tables but the noise was calm and not excessive making it a really enjoyable place to be. Would highly recommend
