The meat and cheese boards were great. Particularly liked the truffle cheese and spicy capicola ham. Loved the zucchini carpaccio also. Happy hour pricing on oysters and wine made for a pleasant surprise. Will go again More

Delicious food and a fun, vibrant atmosphere. We tried the tasting menu for 2 people and it was 11 small courses plus 2 desserts. Tried their Pisco sours as well, very authentic. Our favorites from the tasting menu were the ceviche, the lomo saltado, the chaufa, and their various dumplings. Everything was authentically done yet elevated in its presentation and creative! A great find. More

I had never been before, but loved Crimson! Before dinner we grabbed a drink at the downstairs whiskey bar level, which was massive, but still such a cozy, relaxed vibe. The diner's menu was vast and had plenty of vegetarian options to choose from (much appreciated, Crimson, thank you!!) and the milkshakes and cocktails were delicious. Prices were very reasonable for what you got, and I can't wait to go back and try more. Service was rather slow, but that was the only negative, which is not bad at all. More

The lights are so dim that it was actually quite difficult to read the menu. Waitstaff should have made it clear that the wine was 38 dollars per glass. It would have been easy to choose a more reasonably priced wine if he had done so. They have a large selection of wines but some are very very expensive. 13 bucks for a two ounce pour. It’s a nice place but read the menu carefully! More

As we left an event at the Monaco a friend mentioned that he'd never eaten at the District Chophouse before. We decided to head over for dinner and couldn't have enjoyed the experience more. The good was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Sheba - our server for the evening was engaging, knowledgeable and struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and efficiency. Made a reservation for 10 guests to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday. All had the tasting menu which was great as was service. The disappointment was due to the manager’s not so subtle nudging us to wrap up so they could use our table for bottle service. We purposely booked an 8:30 reservation to allow 3 hours before the party scene started - that we planned to stay for - but so as to be finished beforehand. Any delay felt was not on us. We patiently waited between courses, enjoyed drinks etc. A simple celebratory candle with dessert would have been appreciated as well. Not promised for sure but when he asked and we shared we were celebrating a milestone birthday - his response was “that has nothing to do with me”. Then why ask? A nearly $1000 tab is nothing to sneeze at. Perhaps not rush your celebrating guests especially when your kitchen would be to blame for any delay felt. This was my second lunch visit and the food was just as good as it was last week. My group has tried most of the lunch menu. The Grilled Salmon salad is delicious for a lighter fare. If you want some good comfort food, I highly recommend the BLT Gnocchi and the Wild Boar Bolognese. The Scott's house burger is very good as well.
